【摘要】：叉車的制動(dòng)距離是評(píng)價(jià)叉車制動(dòng)性能的重要指標(biāo),也是影響叉車安全性的重要因素。對(duì)于叉車制動(dòng)距離的檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),業(yè)內(nèi)一直以來(lái)也有一些爭(zhēng)論。文中以CPCD70叉車為例,采用理論計(jì)算的方法得出了制動(dòng)距離的理論數(shù)據(jù),并通過(guò)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。參照相關(guān)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,并結(jié)合國(guó)外相關(guān)要求提出了新的檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與檢驗(yàn)方法。
[Abstract]:The braking distance of forklift is not only an important index to evaluate the braking performance of forklift, but also an important factor affecting the safety of forklift. For forklift braking distance inspection standards, there has been some debate in the industry. Taking CPCD70 forklift as an example, the theoretical data of braking distance are obtained by theoretical calculation and verified by experiments. According to the relevant industry standards, a comparative analysis is carried out, and a new inspection standard and method are put forward according to the relevant requirements of foreign countries.
