單軸拉伸狀態(tài)下V型切口的應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)

【摘要】:為統(tǒng)一單軸拉伸狀態(tài)下相同應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)的V型切口形狀尺寸設(shè)計(jì),以提高缺口試樣試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的可比性。比較分析目前拉伸試驗(yàn)、疲勞試驗(yàn)和持久試驗(yàn)等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法規(guī)定使用的試驗(yàn)切口形狀尺寸以及計(jì)算公式。通過疲勞試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果,依據(jù)缺口疲勞系數(shù)值和應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)的擬合關(guān)系,驗(yàn)證最新修訂版的ISO 204標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與DIN 743-2——2000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給定的公式更適合V型切口形狀試樣的應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)值計(jì)算。并提出以統(tǒng)一的計(jì)算公式和切口形狀尺寸比例作為設(shè)計(jì)遵循的準(zhǔn)則,提高單軸拉伸狀態(tài)下缺口試樣測試材料缺口敏感性結(jié)果的可比性。
[Abstract]:In order to unify the shape and size design of V-notch with the same stress concentration coefficient under uniaxial tension, the comparability of the test results of notched specimens can be improved. The shape, size and calculation formula of the test notch used in the current standard methods, such as tensile test, fatigue test and durability test, are compared and analyzed.
