【摘要】：正2016年,"十三五"規(guī)劃開局之年,全面深化改革的關(guān)鍵之年。這一年,揚(yáng)我國威,暖我民心,在以習(xí)近平總書記為首的黨中央英明領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,舉國一致,大展宏圖,按照黨中央、國務(wù)院確定的體制機(jī)制和部署,朝著既定奮斗目標(biāo)不斷創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,舉世贊嘆"中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的成就堪稱世界典范"。這一年,"強(qiáng)化創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng)作用,為發(fā)展注人強(qiáng)大動力",我國已成為世界第二研發(fā)大國,我國工程科技在全球的地位日益突出,創(chuàng)造了世界最大單口徑射電望遠(yuǎn)鏡"天眼"、世界最快超級計算機(jī)"神威·太湖之光"、深�？瓶纪黄迫f米
[Abstract]:It is 2016, the opening year of the 13th five-year Plan, the key year to deepen reform in an all-round way. This year, under the wise leadership of the CPC Central Committee headed by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the whole country has United and made great achievements, in accordance with the institutional mechanism and arrangements determined by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council.
