Cu-Fe基摩擦片摩擦磨損性能的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為探究帶式運(yùn)輸機(jī)銅基摩擦片的摩擦學(xué)行為,采用粉末冶金工藝制備Cu-Fe基摩擦材料。在干式制動條件下用環(huán)-塊摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)研究摩擦片的摩擦學(xué)行為。探索鐵元素對銅基復(fù)合材料摩擦片摩擦行為和磨損機(jī)理的作用。結(jié)果表明,與銅-石墨復(fù)合材料相比,添加了鐵元素的銅-石墨復(fù)合材料在高載荷下表現(xiàn)出更好的摩擦學(xué)性能,其在摩擦表面上形成的富含石墨的機(jī)械混合層(MML)更加穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the tribological behavior of copper-based friction sheet of belt conveyor, Cu-Fe-based friction material was prepared by powder metallurgy process. The tribological behavior of friction plate was studied by ring-block friction and wear tester under dry braking condition. The effect of iron on the friction behavior and wear mechanism of Cu-based composites was investigated. The results show that compared with Cu-graphite composites, Fe-Cu-graphite composites exhibit better tribological properties under high load, and the graphite-rich mechanical mixing layer (MML) formed on the friction surface is more stable.
