基于參數(shù)化理論的立體貨架有限元分析系統(tǒng)
[Abstract]:As one of the modern storage equipment, the three-dimensional shelf has the advantages of high access efficiency, high degree of automation and so on. It can reduce the labor cost and produce a large number of social and economic benefits. As the main force of the three-dimensional warehouse, the optimization and design of the strength and stiffness and manufacturing cost of the shelf has become a hot research content in recent years. In view of the shortcomings in the process of finite element analysis and solving in the shelf of three-dimensional warehouse, such as tedious steps and irreversibly modified design, this paper combines parametric theory and relevant finite element analysis theory on the basis of traditional design method. By means of computer-aided engineering, taking a certain type of automatic three-dimensional shelf as the analysis object and using the secondary development technology of finite element analysis software ANSYS, the parametric design language of APDL is compiled, which can solve the problem of long modeling time in the process of conventional modeling. The modeling process is cumbersome and the model utilization is low. With the help of the interface design platform of Visual Basic6.0 software, the related form structure is designed, and an automatic parametric finite element modeling and analysis system is developed, which can be applied to the stereoscopic warehouse. The internal input parameters are entered into the external APDL file smoothly. And realizes the background call ANSYS batch processing mode to carry on the analysis and the calculation for the three-dimensional shelf. The application results show that the system can give self-defined beam section and automatically realize the rapid modeling of shelf, and complete the corresponding finite element solution. At the same time, the calculation results can be extracted and the computed cloud map can be obtained, which can provide the designers with visual and vivid. Accurate reference greatly improves the analysis efficiency. At the same time, the principle and method of the system can be extended to improve the design of all kinds of three-dimensional shelves and other similar industrial products.
