一種非接觸式的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圓柱齒輪參數(shù)測(cè)量方法

【摘要】:齒輪傳動(dòng)具有傳動(dòng)效率高、傳動(dòng)比恒定、功率和速度適用范圍廣等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在工業(yè)產(chǎn)品中廣泛應(yīng)用。齒輪的精度直接影響到工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)。目前齒輪參數(shù)的測(cè)量主要采用三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量?jī)x、CNC齒輪測(cè)量中心等接觸式測(cè)量方法。這些接觸式測(cè)量設(shè)備的使用和維修成本均較高,不便于大范圍推廣。基于機(jī)器視覺(jué)技術(shù)的非接觸測(cè)量方法,具有實(shí)時(shí)、高效以及不損害齒面等優(yōu)點(diǎn),且隨著攝像設(shè)備不斷改進(jìn)發(fā)展,測(cè)量精度大大提高。將機(jī)器視覺(jué)技術(shù)用于齒輪的測(cè)量中,提出了一種非接觸式的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圓柱齒輪參數(shù)檢測(cè)方法,對(duì)齒輪的幾何參數(shù)和部分單項(xiàng)誤差進(jìn)行了測(cè)量。
[Abstract]:Gear transmission has many advantages, such as high transmission efficiency, constant transmission ratio, wide application range of power and speed, and is widely used in industrial products. The precision of gear directly affects the quality of industrial products. At present, three-coordinate measuring instrument and CNC gear measuring center are mainly used to measure gear parameters. The cost of use and maintenance of these contact measuring equipment is high, so it is not easy to popularize in a large scale. The non-contact measurement method based on machine vision technology has the advantages of real-time, high efficiency and no damage to the tooth surface, and with the development of camera equipment, the measurement accuracy is greatly improved. In this paper, the machine vision technology is applied to the measurement of gears. A non-contact method for measuring the parameters of standard cylindrical gears is proposed, and the geometric parameters and some individual errors of gears are measured.
