【摘要】：基于電磁學(xué)理論分析了永磁渦流制動基本原理,建立了制動力關(guān)于永磁體充磁厚度和底面直徑、磁極對數(shù)、極距以及空氣間隙厚度等參數(shù)的數(shù)學(xué)模型;對比分析了解析計算與Ansoft Maxwell軟件仿真結(jié)果,驗證了數(shù)學(xué)模型的準(zhǔn)確性和實用性;探究了磁極對數(shù)、永磁體永磁厚度和底面直徑、空氣間隙厚度以及極距對制動力的影響機理,得到了制動力與以上各參數(shù)之間的特征關(guān)系,并根據(jù)橋式起重機結(jié)構(gòu)特點建立了小車運行機構(gòu)的動力學(xué)模型�；贛atlab/Simulink軟件對某型號橋式起重機小車運行機構(gòu)的永磁渦流制動特性和吊重擺角進(jìn)行了仿真分析,為起重機小車運行機構(gòu)永磁渦流制動的設(shè)計提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the electromagnetic theory, the basic principle of permanent magnet eddy current braking is analyzed, and the mathematical model of braking force about the parameters of permanent magnet, such as magnetic thickness, bottom diameter, logarithm of magnetic pole, polar distance and thickness of air gap, is established. The accuracy and practicability of the mathematical model are verified by comparison and analysis of the analytical calculation and the simulation results of Ansoft Maxwell software. The influence mechanism of magnetic pole logarithm, permanent magnet thickness and base diameter, air gap thickness and pole distance on braking force is investigated, and the characteristic relationship between braking force and above parameters is obtained. According to the structural characteristics of overhead crane, the dynamic model of the trolley running mechanism is established. Based on Matlab/Simulink software, the permanent magnet eddy current braking characteristics and lifting swing angle of a crane trolley running mechanism are simulated and analyzed, which provides a basis for the design of permanent magnet eddy current braking mechanism of crane trolley running mechanism.
