等離子弧增材制造設(shè)備與其工藝研究

【摘要】:電弧增材制造克服了以激光、電子束做熱源的增材制造設(shè)備造價(jià)和運(yùn)行成本高的問題,成為金屬增材制造技術(shù)的研究熱點(diǎn)和重要發(fā)展方向。根據(jù)等離子弧的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了以等離子弧為熱源的增材制造設(shè)備,并利用其研究了等離子弧增材制造工藝,包括送絲角度、成型速度、焊接電流等對(duì)零件成型的影響。
[Abstract]:Arc augmentation manufacturing overcomes the problem of high cost and operation cost of metal augmentation manufacturing equipment using laser and electron beam as heat source, and becomes the research hotspot and important development direction of metal augmentation manufacturing technology. According to the characteristics of plasma arc, the material increasing equipment with plasma arc as heat source is designed, and the influence of plasma arc augmentation manufacturing process, including wire feeding angle, forming speed and welding current, on the forming of parts is studied.
