【摘要】：針對(duì)動(dòng)力渦輪軸承高速、高溫的運(yùn)行工況、極限載荷條件及其運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)特點(diǎn),研制了動(dòng)力渦輪軸承試驗(yàn)臺(tái)。介紹了試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的技術(shù)方案及相關(guān)參數(shù)計(jì)算方法。運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,該試驗(yàn)臺(tái)可靠性良好,運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),滿足動(dòng)力渦輪軸承的性能試驗(yàn)要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the high-speed and high-temperature operating conditions, limit load conditions and operating characteristics of power turbine bearings, a power turbine bearing test-bed is developed. This paper introduces the technical scheme of the test-bed and the calculation method of the relevant parameters. The running results show that the test-bed has good reliability and stable operation, and meets the performance test requirements of power turbine bearings.
