串并聯(lián)泵內(nèi)部流場特性研究
[Abstract]:Series-parallel centrifugal pump is a new type of centrifugal pump, which can realize two working conditions of small flow, high head and large flow and low lift by means of intermediate directional valve. It can be used as an important security equipment for ships and can transport liquid in time and effectively to ensure the safety of ships. In this paper, a series-parallel centrifugal pump is used as a model, and the internal flow characteristics of the pump under rated working conditions are studied by means of numerical simulation. The internal flow characteristics of series and parallel centrifugal pumps with different blade numbers and different blade outlet placement angle impellers are studied. In this paper, the related theories of CFD and pressure pulsation are introduced, and the key components of series-parallel pump are designed, and the modeling and meshing of series-parallel pump are carried out. Through the calculation of different meshes and different turbulence models, the number of meshes and turbulence models suitable for this model are determined, and the experimental external characteristic curves are compared with the numerical results to verify the reliability of the numerical results. The characteristics of the internal flow field of the series-parallel pump are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the unsteady numerical results, the pressure pulsation characteristics of the flow field in the series and parallel pumps are studied, and the influence of different blade numbers and blade outlet placement angles on the pressure pulsation law of the corresponding position is studied. It is found that both the blade number and the blade outlet angle will affect the amplitude of pressure pulsation at the characteristic frequency of blade frequency and frequency doubling, but the effect on the amplitude of pressure pulsation is different. It provides a certain reference for the optimization design of series-parallel centrifugal pump aimed at reducing pressure pulsation and the research of vibration and noise reduction of the pump.
