機(jī)械彈性儲(chǔ)能箱蝸簧襯片連接強(qiáng)度分析

【摘要】:蝸卷彈簧是機(jī)械彈性儲(chǔ)能的關(guān)鍵零部件,其端部與芯軸和儲(chǔ)能箱體內(nèi)壁連接的強(qiáng)度直接影響蝸卷彈簧工作的可靠性。針對(duì)蝸卷彈簧外端與箱體內(nèi)壁采用襯片固定的連接方式,采用阿基米德螺旋線建立了蝸簧和襯片的數(shù)學(xué)模型,推導(dǎo)了作用在襯片上的初始彎矩,針對(duì)不同長(zhǎng)度的襯片建立了襯片連接有限元模型,對(duì)比了蝸簧和襯片有限元單元的應(yīng)力大小及分布統(tǒng)計(jì),得到了不同長(zhǎng)度襯片對(duì)蝸卷彈簧的影響,確定了合適的襯片連接長(zhǎng)度。研究成果可為蝸卷彈簧的安全運(yùn)行提供有力依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Cochlear coil spring is a key component of mechanical elastic energy storage. The strength of the end of cochlear coil spring connecting with core shaft and inner wall of storage box directly affects the reliability of cochlear coil spring. Aiming at the connection between the outer end of cochlear spring and the inner wall of the box, the mathematical model of cochlear spring and lining is established by using Archimedes spiral, and the initial bending moment acting on the lining is deduced. The finite element model of liner connection is established for different length of lining. The stress size and distribution statistics of cochlear spring and lining element are compared, the influence of different length of lining on cochlear coil spring is obtained, and the suitable connecting length of lining is determined. The research results can provide a powerful basis for the safe operation of cochlear coil spring.
