【摘要】：針對(duì)某型號(hào)的機(jī)械式變速器,基于Romax軟件建模與仿真,結(jié)合變速器實(shí)際工況,得到變速器傳動(dòng)效率與擋位、溫度以及轉(zhuǎn)矩之間的關(guān)系。同時(shí),依據(jù)變速器結(jié)構(gòu)及測(cè)試需求設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn)臺(tái),并對(duì)該變速器進(jìn)行相關(guān)測(cè)試,采集了結(jié)果。在相同條件下,仿真結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的測(cè)試結(jié)果基本相符,兩者相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.937 4,呈高度正相關(guān)。證明了利用Romax軟件建立的變速器模型合理有效,并且能近似代替試驗(yàn)臺(tái)測(cè)試結(jié)果,為汽車變速器的設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:For a certain type of mechanical transmission, the relationship between transmission efficiency and gear position, temperature and torque is obtained based on the modeling and simulation of Romax software and combining with the actual working conditions of the transmission. At the same time, the test bed is designed according to the transmission structure and test requirements, and the test results are collected. Under the same conditions, the simulation results are basically consistent with the test results of the test rig, and the correlation coefficient between them is 0.937, which is highly positive correlation. It is proved that the transmission model established by Romax software is reasonable and effective, and it can approximately replace the test results of the test bench, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of automobile transmission.
