基于逆向工程的變截面渦旋盤快速精度診斷

【摘要】:針對(duì)變截面渦旋盤形狀復(fù)雜程度高、傳統(tǒng)檢具檢驗(yàn)難度大、檢測(cè)精度低的特點(diǎn),提出一種基于逆向工程的渦旋盤加工精度快速診斷方法。首先,建立基于Pro/E的變截面渦旋盤三維實(shí)體模型并將其作為參考模型;然后,利用ROMER六軸75系列絕對(duì)關(guān)節(jié)臂測(cè)量機(jī)測(cè)得加工渦旋盤的表面點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù),精簡(jiǎn)后作為數(shù)字化模型,并將上述兩個(gè)模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析以獲取渦旋盤的加工精度信息;最后,提出了基于圖形制導(dǎo)的數(shù)模匹配原則以提高數(shù)字化模型與參考模型的對(duì)齊精度,采用3種方法降低數(shù)據(jù)處理誤差。結(jié)果表明,變截面渦旋盤的加工精度和形位公差符合要求,為復(fù)雜型面機(jī)械產(chǎn)品加工精度診斷提供了準(zhǔn)確、快捷和直觀的方法。
[Abstract]:In view of the high complexity of the vortex disk with variable cross section, the difficulty of the traditional inspection tool and the low precision of the inspection, a rapid diagnosis method for the machining accuracy of the vortex disk based on reverse engineering is proposed. Firstly, the three-dimensional solid model of variable cross-section vortex disk based on Pro/E is established and used as the reference model. Then, the surface point cloud data of the vortex disk are measured by the ROMER six-axis 75 series absolute joint arm measuring machine, and the data are reduced as the digital model. The two models are compared and analyzed to obtain the machining accuracy information of the scroll disk. Finally, the principle of digital and analog matching based on graphic guidance is proposed to improve the alignment accuracy of digital model and reference model, and three methods are adopted to reduce the error of data processing. The results show that the machining accuracy and shape tolerance of the variable cross section vortex disk meet the requirements and provide an accurate, fast and intuitive method for the diagnosis of machining accuracy of mechanical products with complex profile.
