動壓機械密封副結構與性能分析

【摘要】:本文以300MW核主泵雙向推力軸承油密封副為研究對象,通過數(shù)值模擬分析、連續(xù)運轉試驗等方法,研究了各密封性能參數(shù)的相互影響以及密封面結構與密封性能的內在關系。通過對機械密封動、靜環(huán)的受力變形分析,研究了密封端面變形與性能參數(shù)之間的聯(lián)系。在考慮空化和不考慮空化兩種情況下,分別對密封面進行了流場分析。闡述了影響泄漏量關鍵參數(shù)的取值方式。通過計算分析和連續(xù)運行試驗驗證,證明了該密封副結構變形小,應力分布合理,得出了泄漏量和開啟力與密封副壓差、動環(huán)端面流體淺槽深度的關系,密封泄漏量滿足設備運行要求。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effect of sealing performance parameters and the inherent relationship between sealing surface structure and sealing performance are studied by numerical simulation and continuous operation test, taking the 300MW nuclear main pump two-way thrust bearing oil seal pair as the research object. Based on the analysis of mechanical seal dynamic and static ring, the relationship between seal end face deformation and performance parameters is studied. Considering cavitation and not cavitation, the flow field of the sealing surface is analyzed. The method of determining the key parameters of the leakage is described. Through calculation, analysis and continuous operation test, it is proved that the structure has small deformation and reasonable stress distribution. The relationship between leakage amount and opening force, pressure difference of seal pair, shallow groove depth of fluid on moving ring end face is obtained. Sealing leakage to meet the operational requirements of the equipment.
