回流孔徑對(duì)磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)離心泵內(nèi)部流動(dòng)的影響分析

【摘要】:為研究回流孔徑變化對(duì)磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)離心泵內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)及水力性能的影響,分別以6、8、10 mm等3種不同回流孔徑的磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)離心泵模型,通過(guò)定常、非定常以及流熱耦合等數(shù)值計(jì)算與外特性試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,開展了回流孔徑變化對(duì)磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)離心泵外特性、內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)、溫度場(chǎng)以及壓力脈動(dòng)特性的影響規(guī)律研究。結(jié)果表明,(1)回流孔徑的變化對(duì)磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)離心泵的揚(yáng)程、效率及泵內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)的影響較小,其中隨著回流孔徑的增大,磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)離心泵揚(yáng)程及效率呈下降趨勢(shì);(2)回流孔徑的變化對(duì)冷卻循環(huán)流道內(nèi)的流場(chǎng)、溫度場(chǎng)以及壓力脈動(dòng)性能的影響較大,其中隨著回流孔徑的增大,冷卻循環(huán)流場(chǎng)內(nèi)的壓力分布逐漸減小,湍動(dòng)能分布呈增大的趨勢(shì),冷卻循環(huán)流道的冷卻效果逐漸變強(qiáng),另外回流孔徑變化對(duì)傳播進(jìn)入冷卻循環(huán)流場(chǎng)的壓力脈動(dòng)強(qiáng)度影響較小,對(duì)冷卻循環(huán)流場(chǎng)內(nèi)的壓力脈動(dòng)衰減速度影響較大。綜上可知,回流孔徑變化對(duì)泵內(nèi)流場(chǎng)的影響較小,對(duì)冷卻循環(huán)流道內(nèi)的流動(dòng)特性影響較大。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of reflux aperture change on the flow field and hydraulic performance of magnetic driven centrifugal pump, three kinds of magnetic drive centrifugal pump models with different reflux apertures, such as 6? 8? 10 mm and 10 mm, were used to study the flow field and hydraulic performance of magnetic drive centrifugal pump. The influence of reflux aperture variation on the external characteristics, internal flow field, temperature field and pressure pulsation characteristics of magnetic driven centrifugal pump is studied by combining unsteady and fluid-heat coupling numerical calculation with external characteristic test. The results show that: (1) the change of reflux aperture has little effect on the head, efficiency and flow field of the magnetic drive centrifugal pump, among which the lift and efficiency of the magnetic drive centrifugal pump decrease with the increase of the reflux aperture; (2) the influence of the reflux aperture on the flow field, temperature field and pressure pulsation in the cooling circulation channel is great, and the pressure distribution in the cooling circulation flow field decreases with the increase of the reflux aperture. The distribution of turbulent kinetic energy tends to increase, the cooling effect of cooling cycle channel becomes stronger, and the change of reflux aperture has little effect on the pressure pulsation intensity propagating into the cooling cycle flow field. It has a great influence on the attenuation velocity of pressure pulsation in the cooling cycle flow field. It can be concluded that the change of reflux aperture has little effect on the flow field in the pump and has a great influence on the flow characteristics in the cooling circulation channel.
