【摘要】：根據(jù)實際要求,設(shè)計鋼瓶自動化倉庫結(jié)構(gòu),包括貨架的設(shè)計和機器人的設(shè)計,該機器人應(yīng)該具有良好的狀態(tài)保持性、穩(wěn)定性、足夠的剛度和合理的機構(gòu)以保證運輸鋼瓶過程中的安全性。利用有限元的方法對關(guān)鍵零部件校核,同時確定在振動、行走機器人加減速以及軌道換向時各部分的受力及變形情況。最后選擇軌道形式并對自動化倉庫軌道布置進行規(guī)劃,根據(jù)鋼瓶自動化倉庫的基本特征,建立自動化倉庫的數(shù)學(xué)模型,以機器人完成取放鋼瓶任務(wù)的時間為評判標準,討論了幾種軌道布置形式,通過對比最終確定一條主干道加上兩條輔道的軌道布置形式。
[Abstract]:According to the actual requirements, the design of the cylinder automatic warehouse structure, including shelf design and robot design, the robot should have good state maintenance, stability, Sufficient stiffness and reasonable mechanism to ensure safety during the transport of cylinders. The finite element method is used to check the key parts, and at the same time, the force and deformation of each part are determined during vibration, acceleration and deceleration of walking robot and track commutation. Finally, the track form is selected and the track layout of the automatic warehouse is planned. According to the basic characteristics of the cylinder automatic warehouse, the mathematical model of the automated warehouse is established, and the time when the robot completes the task of taking and releasing the cylinder is taken as the criterion. In this paper, several kinds of track layout are discussed, and the track layout of one main road plus two auxiliary roads is determined by comparison.
