M50NiL與M50制軸承套圈引導(dǎo)面耐磨損性能對比分析

【摘要】:為提高某型主機(jī)軸承使用壽命,將套圈材料由M50更換為M50NiL。針對試驗(yàn)考核時軸承出現(xiàn)保持架與套圈引導(dǎo)面嚴(yán)重磨損的情況,借助航空軸承試驗(yàn)機(jī),在高d_m·n值下對M50NiL和M50軸承套圈引導(dǎo)面的耐磨損性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:與M50相比,M50NiL軸承套圈引導(dǎo)面的耐磨性較差。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the service life of bearing, the ring material was changed from M50 to M50NiL. In view of the serious wear of the cages and the guide surfaces of the rings, the wear resistance of the guide surfaces of M50NiL and M50 bearing rings was studied with the aid of the aviation bearing testing machine under the high value of d _ m _ n. The results show that the wear resistance of the guide surface of M50NiL bearing ring is worse than that of M 50.
