重車調(diào)車機多齒輪齒條傳動分析研究

【摘要】:對重車調(diào)車機多個驅(qū)動單元之間的不同間距對驅(qū)動小齒輪與齒條嚙合力以及重車調(diào)車機運動平穩(wěn)性的影響進行了分析。分別采用理論計算和ADAMS軟件對重車調(diào)車機運動過程中小齒輪與齒條動態(tài)特性進行了分析研究。計算結(jié)果為重車調(diào)車機驅(qū)動裝置的設(shè)計提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The influence of different spacing between several driving units of heavy truck shunting machine on the meshing force of drive pinion and rack and the motion stability of heavy truck shunting machine is analyzed. The dynamic characteristics of pinion and rack during the movement of heavy truck shunting machine were analyzed by theoretical calculation and ADAMS software. The calculation results provide a reference for the design of the driving device of heavy truck shunting machine.
