非均勻進(jìn)汽時迷宮密封汽流激振動力特性的研究

【摘要】:采用基于轉(zhuǎn)子多頻橢圓渦動模型和動網(wǎng)格技術(shù)的URANS方程求解方法,研究了動、靜葉干涉作用以及級間補(bǔ)汽導(dǎo)致的非均勻進(jìn)汽溫度和壓力條件下葉頂迷宮密封汽流激振轉(zhuǎn)子動力特性,計(jì)算分析了進(jìn)汽預(yù)旋比為0.2、0.5、0.7時葉頂迷宮密封轉(zhuǎn)子動力特性系數(shù),并與均勻進(jìn)汽溫度和壓力條件下迷宮密封轉(zhuǎn)子動力特性系數(shù)進(jìn)行了比較。研究結(jié)果表明:密封轉(zhuǎn)子穩(wěn)定性隨進(jìn)汽預(yù)旋比的增加而降低;非均勻和均勻進(jìn)汽條件下迷宮密封腔室周向旋流強(qiáng)度和腔室壓力分布的差異隨進(jìn)汽預(yù)旋比的增加而逐漸減小,2種進(jìn)汽條件下密封轉(zhuǎn)子動力特性系數(shù)之間的差異隨進(jìn)汽預(yù)旋比的增加而減小;與均勻進(jìn)汽相比,進(jìn)汽預(yù)旋比為0.2時非均勻進(jìn)汽下迷宮密封交叉剛度至少降低82.7%,交叉阻尼至少增加30.7%;進(jìn)汽預(yù)旋比為0.5時非均勻進(jìn)汽下迷宮密封有效阻尼僅在渦動頻率為50~100 Hz時較均勻進(jìn)汽低8.4%~12.4%;進(jìn)汽預(yù)旋比增加至0.7時,非均勻和均勻進(jìn)汽條件下迷宮密封轉(zhuǎn)子動力特性系數(shù)基本相同。顯然,進(jìn)汽預(yù)旋比較高時進(jìn)汽均勻性對迷宮密封汽流激振轉(zhuǎn)子動力特性系數(shù)的影響可以忽略。
[Abstract]:Based on the rotor multi-frequency elliptical vortex model and the moving grid technique, the URANS equation solution method is used to study the motion. The dynamic characteristics of a labyrinth sealed rotor with steam excitation caused by static blade interference and non-uniform inlet temperature and pressure caused by interstage steam supply are analyzed. The dynamic characteristic coefficients of the labyrinth seal rotor are calculated and analyzed when the prespin ratio of inlet steam is 0.2g 0.50.0.The coefficient is compared with that of the labyrinth seal rotor under uniform inlet temperature and pressure. The results show that the stability of the sealed rotor decreases with the increase of the prespin ratio of inlet steam. The difference between circumferential swirl intensity and chamber pressure distribution of labyrinth seal chamber decreases with the increase of intake prespin ratio. The difference between the dynamic characteristic coefficients of the seal rotor decreases with the increase of the intake prespin ratio under the two kinds of steam inlet conditions. Compared with uniform steam intake, the cross stiffness of labyrinth seal under non-uniform inlet steam is reduced by 82.7%, and the cross damping is increased by 30.7%. The effective damping of the labyrinth seal under the non-uniform inlet steam is only 8.4% 12.4 lower than that of the uniform inlet when the vortex frequency is 50 ~ 100 Hz. The dynamic coefficients of the labyrinth seal rotor are basically the same when the prespin ratio of inlet steam is increased to 0.7. It is obvious that the influence of the uniformity of inlet steam on the dynamic coefficients of labyrinth seal steam flow excited rotor can be neglected when the intake prerotation is high.
