誤差-磨損-溫度變化耦合的行星滾柱絲杠副載荷分布

【摘要】:為了揭示誤差-磨損-溫度變化耦合作用對行星滾柱絲杠副(PRSM)螺紋載荷分布的影響規(guī)律,基于變形協(xié)調(diào)關系,建立了計及誤差、磨損和溫度變化的PRSM載荷分布模型。通過與現(xiàn)有有限元模型和彈簧模型對比,最大相對誤差為8.36%,表明所建模型正確且可用于載荷分布規(guī)律研究。在此基礎上,研究了無誤差、含誤差和磨損、以及含溫度變化的載荷分布規(guī)律。結果表明,誤差是導致載荷不均和波動的主因;磨損加劇了載荷分布不均及波動;溫度變化造成載荷分布規(guī)律發(fā)生變化并以中間螺紋為基準呈近似對稱分布,且當溫度變化達到80℃時,最大載荷增加了9.2%,可見溫度變化會增大單個螺紋承載量并導致過載風險;溫度變化為40℃時,載荷分布相對更加均勻,控制溫度變化可作為改善PRSM載荷分布的有效方法。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the influence of error-wear-temperature coupling on the load distribution of (PRSM) thread of planetary roller screw, a PRSM load distribution model considering error, wear and temperature variation was established based on the deformation coordination relationship. Compared with the existing finite element model and spring model, the maximum relative error is 8.36, which shows that the model is correct and can be used to study the law of load distribution. On this basis, the load distribution law of no error, containing error and wear, and temperature change is studied. The results show that the error is the main cause of the unevenness and fluctuation of the load, and the wear and tear accentuates the uneven distribution and fluctuation of the load.
