葉片式連續(xù)回轉(zhuǎn)電液伺服馬達(dá)流場(chǎng)數(shù)值分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)葉片式連續(xù)回轉(zhuǎn)電液伺服馬達(dá)的內(nèi)泄漏影響其低速性能的問(wèn)題,基于流體力學(xué)理論,采用有限元數(shù)值分析方法研究連續(xù)回轉(zhuǎn)馬達(dá)內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)分布情況。應(yīng)用UG軟件建立了馬達(dá)內(nèi)流場(chǎng)的三維模型,通過(guò)ICEM CFD進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格劃分,生成了高質(zhì)量的O型網(wǎng)格。導(dǎo)入流體分析軟件ANSYS CFX中,并設(shè)置合理的邊界條件,經(jīng)仿真計(jì)算得到了不同的壓差及間隙下馬達(dá)的內(nèi)泄漏量分布規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:高低壓腔之間的壓差越大,通過(guò)葉頂間隙的流體的流速也越大,并且內(nèi)泄漏隨著壓差的增加而增加,為研究馬達(dá)內(nèi)泄漏對(duì)其低速性能的影響奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that internal leakage of vane continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servo motor affects its low speed performance, the flow field distribution in continuous rotary motor is studied by finite element numerical analysis method based on the theory of fluid dynamics. The three-dimensional model of the internal flow field of the motor is established by using UG software, and the high quality O type mesh is generated by ICEM CFD. By introducing the fluid analysis software ANSYS CFX and setting reasonable boundary conditions, the internal leakage distribution law of the motor under different pressure difference and clearance is obtained by simulation. The results show that the greater the pressure difference between the high and low pressure cavities, the greater the flow velocity of the fluid passing through the vane clearance, and the more the internal leakage increases with the increase of the pressure difference, which lays a foundation for the study of the effect of the internal leakage on the low speed performance of the motor.
