【摘要】：提出了對(duì)橋門(mén)式起重機(jī)靜載試驗(yàn)實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)吊重載荷的測(cè)試方法,試用起重機(jī)自身起升機(jī)構(gòu)拉力取代砝碼,若這一創(chuàng)新舉措獲得實(shí)施將使得這項(xiàng)檢驗(yàn)工作簡(jiǎn)便、高效,經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益顯著,有效提高特檢系統(tǒng)的檢驗(yàn)和檢測(cè)效能,有利于質(zhì)監(jiān)系統(tǒng)專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)的轉(zhuǎn)型和升級(jí)。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward a test method for the static load test of the bridge gantry crane without lifting load, and tries to replace the weight with the pulling force of the lifting mechanism of the crane itself. If this innovative measure is carried out, the inspection work will be simple and efficient. The economic and social benefits are remarkable, which can effectively improve the inspection and inspection efficiency of the special inspection system, and is beneficial to the transformation and upgrading of the professional technology of the quality supervision system.
