液壓缸基礎(chǔ)零件制造車間MES的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著液壓缸的功能、性能需求日趨多樣化,液壓缸制造企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)模式由大批量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾∨慷ㄖ苹a(chǎn),生產(chǎn)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變?cè)黾恿松a(chǎn)管理的困難程度,尤其對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)零件制造車間,零件種類多、規(guī)格多、工藝流程差異大等特點(diǎn)一直是車間生產(chǎn)率無法提高的重要影響因素。制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)的出現(xiàn)為車間提供了一個(gè)快速響應(yīng)、靈活機(jī)動(dòng)、精細(xì)規(guī)范的制造環(huán)境,有效地縮短了生產(chǎn)周期、提高了生產(chǎn)效率、降低了生產(chǎn)成本。本文在分析液壓缸基礎(chǔ)零件制造車間生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)該車間MES進(jìn)行了研究與設(shè)計(jì)。本文分析了液壓缸基礎(chǔ)零件制造車間生產(chǎn)流程特點(diǎn),針對(duì)車間現(xiàn)存生產(chǎn)問題及管理弊端,設(shè)計(jì)了以計(jì)劃排程模塊與生產(chǎn)調(diào)度模塊為核心的零件制造車間MES總體解決方案;為了解決由于復(fù)雜多變的訂單計(jì)劃而引起的排產(chǎn)困難,以成組技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的計(jì)劃排程模塊,通過對(duì)待加工零件編碼、分類、排序?qū)崿F(xiàn)生產(chǎn)模式由小批量多品種向近似大批量的轉(zhuǎn)換;針對(duì)零件工藝路線特點(diǎn)以及車間資源情況,提出了包含調(diào)度計(jì)算層與調(diào)度控制層兩部分的生產(chǎn)調(diào)度模塊設(shè)計(jì)方案,其中以混合遺傳算法為基礎(chǔ)的調(diào)度計(jì)算層是該模塊的核心設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容;以Visual Studio 2010為開發(fā)平臺(tái),進(jìn)行了液壓缸基礎(chǔ)零件制造車間MES的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)已在車間生產(chǎn)中初步應(yīng)用,并達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),有效地提高了車間生產(chǎn)率、縮短了生產(chǎn)周期、降低了生產(chǎn)成本。本文研究成果對(duì)采用相同生產(chǎn)模式的離散型制造車間具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the function of the hydraulic cylinder and the diversification of the performance requirement, the production mode of the hydraulic cylinder manufacturing enterprise has gradually changed from the mass standardized production to the small batch customized production, and the change of the production mode has increased the difficulty of production management. Especially for the basic parts manufacturing workshop, many kinds of parts, many specifications, great differences in process flow have been the important factors that can not improve the productivity of the workshop. The emergence of manufacturing execution system (Manufacturing Execution System,MES) provides a fast response flexible and fine standard manufacturing environment which effectively shortens the production cycle improves the production efficiency and reduces the production cost. Based on the analysis of the present production situation of the hydraulic cylinder base parts manufacturing workshop, the MES of the workshop is studied and designed in this paper. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the production process of the hydraulic cylinder basic parts manufacturing workshop, aiming at the existing production problems and management drawbacks of the workshop, designs the overall MES solution of the part manufacturing workshop based on the scheduling module and the production scheduling module. In order to solve the scheduling difficulties caused by complex and changeable order planning, a systematic scheduling module is designed based on group technology. Sequencing realizes the transformation of production mode from small batch to large quantity. According to the characteristics of part process route and the situation of workshop resources, a design scheme of production scheduling module is proposed, which includes two parts: scheduling calculation layer and scheduling control layer. The scheduling layer based on hybrid genetic algorithm is the core of this module. Taking Visual Studio 2010 as the development platform, the development and design of MES for hydraulic cylinder basic parts manufacturing workshop are carried out. The system has been applied in the workshop production and achieved the expected design goal. It can effectively improve the workshop productivity, shorten the production cycle and reduce the production cost. The research results in this paper have certain reference value for discrete manufacturing workshop with the same production mode.
