轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)中雙十字軸萬(wàn)向節(jié)布置方式的優(yōu)化分析

【摘要】:轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)輸出角速度的穩(wěn)定性對(duì)汽車操縱的穩(wěn)定性起到?jīng)Q定性的作用,轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)中的雙十字軸萬(wàn)向節(jié)輸入、輸出軸是否能夠等速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)輸出角速度的穩(wěn)定性有很大影響.本文論述了使用雙十字軸萬(wàn)向節(jié)時(shí),令靠近輸入端的第一對(duì)十字軸萬(wàn)向節(jié)垂直布置,靠近輸出端的第二對(duì)十字軸萬(wàn)向節(jié)平行布置,輸入軸和中間軸的夾角等于中間軸和輸出軸的夾角,能實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的雙十字軸萬(wàn)向節(jié)等速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),并應(yīng)用該結(jié)論對(duì)某已有車型的轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化分析.
[Abstract]:The stability of the output angular velocity of the steering system plays a decisive role in the stability of the vehicle control, and the input of the double cross shaft universal joint in the steering system, Whether the output shaft can rotate at the same speed has a great influence on the stability of the output angular velocity of the steering system. This paper discusses the vertical arrangement of the first pair of cross shaft universal joints near the input end and the parallel arrangement of the second pair of cross shaft universal joints near the output when using the double cross shaft universal joint. The angle between the input shaft and the intermediate shaft is equal to the angle between the intermediate shaft and the output shaft, which can realize the constant speed rotation of the double cross shaft universal joint of the steering system. This conclusion is applied to improve and optimize the steering system of a certain existing vehicle model.
