基于計算機輔助技術(shù)的球形儲罐設(shè)計系統(tǒng)開發(fā)
[Abstract]:As one of computer technology, computer-aided technology has been widely used in many fields of modern society, especially for pressure vessel design and manufacturing industry, the application of computer-aided technology makes its technical means, production efficiency, Safety level has been greatly improved. Especially in the process of pressure vessel design, the problems of complicated design process, large calculation amount and long design cycle can be well solved by using computer aided technology, which plays a great role in reducing the design work intensity and shortening the working cycle. As a kind of pressure vessel, spherical storage tank is more and more widely used because of its advantages of strong bearing capacity, less steel for construction, small area of land, etc. Therefore, the application of computer aided technology in the sphere of spherical tank design is of great practical significance. However, due to the professionalism and complexity of spherical tank design, the general design and analysis software in the market does not have this particular function, and with the development of technology, the design and construction standards of spherical tank are updated. Some early developed spherical tank design systems can not be applied to the current computer environment and production needs, so it is very necessary to develop a spherical tank design system adapted to the current design environment. According to the design process of spherical tank in engineering practice, according to the current design and analysis standard of spherical tank, based on computer aided technology, this paper selects C # as programming language, .NET as development platform, and AutoCAD and ANSYS as supporting software. Under the guidance of object-oriented programming idea, a set of spherical tank design system is developed, which is based on the current standard and design flow of spherical tank design. It can be applied to the design system of spherical tank in the present computer environment. The system is composed of three parts: design and calculation module, finite element analysis module and drawing module. Each module can share and exchange data while the function is relatively independent, and can complete the strength design calculation of the spherical tank. Finite element analysis and equipment drawing can cover the whole process of spherical tank design, which can improve the accuracy of spherical tank design, shorten the design time and reduce the complexity of the design. It can provide basis for further research and development of similar systems.
