一種新型偏心蝶閥的設(shè)計(jì)與分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)氣動(dòng)三偏心蝶閥易產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的"水錘"現(xiàn)象,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型偏心蝶閥結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)三偏心蝶閥和新偏心蝶閥的內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)特性進(jìn)行了有限元模擬分析。介紹了新結(jié)構(gòu)蝶閥的構(gòu)造原理,分析了三偏心蝶閥和新結(jié)構(gòu)蝶閥的壓力云圖、速度云圖和流線分布圖,得到了其流量特性和流阻特性。分析結(jié)果表明,新結(jié)構(gòu)蝶閥增大了小開度下的流阻系數(shù),減小了關(guān)閉瞬間的流量變化量,減輕了"水錘"現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the serious "water hammer" phenomenon of pneumatic triple eccentric butterfly valve in China, a new type of eccentric butterfly valve structure is designed, and the internal flow field characteristics of three eccentric butterfly valve and new eccentric butterfly valve are simulated by finite element method. This paper introduces the construction principle of the new structure butterfly valve, analyzes the pressure cloud diagram, velocity cloud diagram and streamline distribution diagram of the three eccentric butterfly valve and the new structure butterfly valve, and obtains its flow characteristics and flow resistance characteristics. The analysis results show that the new structure butterfly valve increases the flow resistance coefficient under the small opening, reduces the flow rate change in the closing moment, and reduces the "water hammer" phenomenon.
