【摘要】：目前,市場(chǎng)上主要的校直機(jī)種類分為兩種:液壓校直機(jī)和伺服校直機(jī)。液壓校直機(jī)由于受工作介質(zhì)性能的影響,致使其加工精度低,誤差范圍大。伺服校直機(jī)利用伺服電機(jī)控制,其控制精度高、響應(yīng)速度快,但是設(shè)備成本高昂�，F(xiàn)研究一種由電機(jī)和液壓聯(lián)合控制的方法,在保證校直精度的前提下,盡可能降低校直機(jī)的成本,同時(shí)避免校直過程中剛性沖擊現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:At present, the main types of straightening machines in the market are divided into two types: hydraulic straightening machines and servo straightening machines. The hydraulic straightening machine has low machining precision and wide error range due to the influence of working medium performance. Servo straightening machine is controlled by servo motor, which has high control precision and fast response speed, but the equipment cost is high. In this paper, a method of combined control of motor and hydraulic is studied, which can reduce the cost of straightening machine and avoid the phenomenon of rigid impact in straightening process under the premise of ensuring straightening accuracy.
