多視點(diǎn)輸送帶縱向撕裂檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)處理傳輸模塊的研究
[Abstract]:Belt conveyor is a kind of continuous transportation equipment in modern production. It has the characteristics of large capacity, long distance, low energy consumption, low freight, convenient loading and unloading, suitable for bulk transportation and has been widely used in coal, mines, ports, electric power, metallurgy, etc. Chemical industry, etc. Conveyor belt is the key component of belt conveyor. Due to improper installation and adjustment of belt conveyer, improper blanking point, long term use in bad environment and other reasons, the belt will be run off, surface damage and longitudinal tear will occur. If these faults can not be detected and dealt with in time, it will lead to serious safety accidents such as broken belt and longitudinal tear, which will result in shutdown, material loss, equipment damage and casualties, which will seriously affect safety in production. In order to ensure the safety of belt conveyor transportation, it is necessary to study a multi-view belt longitudinal tear detection system to realize the on-line detection of belt deviation, surface damage and longitudinal tear. Avoid the occurrence of major longitudinal tear safety accident, improve the overall detection. In this paper, the processing and transmission module of the video monitoring terminal in the multi-view belt longitudinal tear detection system is studied, and a design scheme of the video processing transmission module of the multi-view belt longitudinal tear detection system is proposed. The four path array CCD sensor is used to collect the images of the conveyor belt at the same time. The image data of the four conveyors are obtained, compressed and coded, processed and transmitted, and the range of the image acquisition of the conveyer belt is improved. The hardware circuit of processing transmission module is designed by DSP (TMS320C6748) of TI Company, including data transmission interface circuit, data processor circuit and Ethernet interface circuit. In this paper, a JPEG compression coding and decoding algorithm and feature enhancement algorithm based on log transform for conveyor belt image are proposed. The feature enhancement of the compression coding and longitudinal tearing part of the conveyor belt image is realized, and the simulation experiment is carried out on the MATLAB platform. The validity of the algorithm is verified, and the DSP software based on SYS/BIOS operating system is programmed by C language on the CCS software development platform. The experiment platform of the processing and transmission module of video monitoring terminal in the longitudinal tear detection system of multi-view conveyor belt is built, and the designed processing transmission module is tested. The results show that the module can realize the functions of image data acquisition, compression and coding, feature enhancement and Ethernet transmission. The processing and transmission module studied in this paper can be used in the longitudinal tear detection system of multi-view conveyor belt. It has the advantages of large range of image collection, high compression efficiency, strong real-time, etc., in coal, mine, port, power, metallurgy, etc. Chemical industry and other fields have a wide application prospect, can avoid the occurrence of serious longitudinal tear safety accidents and casualties, reduce the loss of transport materials, equipment damage and economic losses.
