諧波齒輪β型齒型的研制

【摘要】:本文結(jié)合諧波齒輪傳動(dòng)的嚙合理論以及樣條曲線的相關(guān)知識(shí)點(diǎn),提出了一種新型的諧波傳動(dòng)齒型--β型齒型。該齒型符合諧波傳動(dòng)嚙合原理,可提高諧波減速器的性能,還具有調(diào)整方便的特點(diǎn)。同時(shí)以共軛原理為基礎(chǔ),完成了諧波減速器β型齒型的設(shè)計(jì)軟件,并根據(jù)共軛理論,利用本軟件對(duì)漸開線齒型進(jìn)行了分析和驗(yàn)證。本文的主要內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)述如下:(1)在研究漸開線齒型的理論基礎(chǔ)上,以樣條曲線為基礎(chǔ),提出了β型齒型,即根據(jù)具體參數(shù),得出柔輪的初始齒廓方程,再根據(jù)設(shè)定的優(yōu)化準(zhǔn)則,將柔輪齒廓曲線進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,最終得出優(yōu)化齒型。(2)以共軛理論為基礎(chǔ),得出了與柔輪齒型相共軛的剛輪曲線,該曲線與柔輪齒型處于理論共軛狀態(tài)。(3)在求出上述共軛曲線的基礎(chǔ)上,計(jì)算出了剛輪曲線的法向移距曲線,以滿足實(shí)際背隙的要求。(4)可將最終齒廓曲線用AutoCAD進(jìn)行精確描述,并利用ANSYS軟件對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了靜力分析。(5)利用ANSYS軟件,在同等加載條件下,將具有β型齒型的諧波減速器柔輪與同規(guī)格雙圓弧和漸開線齒型的柔輪進(jìn)行了應(yīng)力分布的仿真對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明:β型齒型在這一方面的性能明顯高于其余兩種齒型。(6)在上述工作的基礎(chǔ)上,編制了繪制柔輪β型齒廓曲線以及共軛曲線的軟件,輸入相應(yīng)參數(shù)后,該軟件可方便地繪制所求規(guī)格的β型齒廓曲線。(7)最后,以32-80型漸開線齒型作為驗(yàn)證對(duì)象,進(jìn)行了漸開線齒廓曲線的驗(yàn)證,并根據(jù)驗(yàn)證的結(jié)果加工出了實(shí)物樣機(jī)。通過(guò)上述工作,說(shuō)明β型齒型與現(xiàn)有齒型相比更具有先進(jìn)性,更符合諧波齒輪傳動(dòng)的嚙合要求,使得諧波減速器的性能更加完善。
[Abstract]:Based on the meshing theory of harmonic gear transmission and the related knowledge of spline curve, a new type of harmonic transmission tooth shape-尾 tooth type is proposed in this paper. The tooth shape accords with the meshing principle of harmonic drive, can improve the performance of harmonic reducer, and has the characteristic of convenient adjustment. At the same time, based on the conjugate principle, the design software of the 尾 tooth profile of harmonic reducer is completed, and according to the conjugate theory, the involute tooth profile is analyzed and verified by the software. The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows: (1) on the basis of the theory of involute tooth profile and spline curve, the 尾 tooth profile is put forward, that is, according to the specific parameters, the initial tooth profile equation of the flexible wheel is obtained, and then according to the set optimization criterion, The tooth profile curve of flexible wheel is optimized, and the optimized tooth profile is obtained. (2) based on conjugate theory, the curve of rigid wheel conjugate with the tooth shape of flexible wheel is obtained. The curve is in a theoretical conjugate state with the flexo tooth profile. (3) on the basis of the above conjugate curves, the normal distance curve of the rigid wheel curve is calculated to meet the requirements of the actual back gap. (4) the final tooth profile curve can be accurately described by AutoCAD. The static analysis of the model is carried out by using ANSYS software. (5) the stress distribution of harmonic reducer with 尾 tooth is compared with that of double arc and involute gear of the same size by using ANSYS software under the same loading condition. The results show that the performance of 尾 type tooth shape is obviously higher than that of the other two tooth types. (6) on the basis of the above work, a software is developed to draw the curve of 尾 shape tooth profile and conjugate curve of flexible wheel, and the corresponding parameters are input into the software. The software can easily draw the 尾 type tooth profile curve. (7) finally, the involute tooth profile curve of 32-80 type is used as the verification object, and the physical prototype is processed according to the verification results. Through the above work, it is shown that the beta-type tooth type is more advanced than the existing tooth type, more in line with the meshing requirements of harmonic gear transmission, and makes the performance of harmonic reducer more perfect.
