低速大扭矩安全制動器測試裝置的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】：低速大扭矩安全制動器試驗(yàn)裝置是考核低速大扭矩制動性能的專用試驗(yàn)裝置。文中闡述了低速大扭矩制動器動態(tài)制動力矩的測試原理,介紹了試驗(yàn)裝置整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),包括慣量盤的設(shè)計(jì)、高速端和低速端的設(shè)計(jì),介紹了試驗(yàn)軟件的設(shè)計(jì)。該試驗(yàn)裝置具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Low-speed and high-torque safety brake test device is a special test device to test the performance of low-speed and high-torque brake. In this paper, the testing principle of dynamic braking torque of low speed and large torque brake is described, and the whole structure design of test device is introduced, including the design of inertia disk, the design of high speed end and low speed end, and the design of test software. The experimental device has important practical application value.
