倉庫物料運輸系統(tǒng)多目標調(diào)度方法

【摘要】:為了提高倉庫物料運輸系統(tǒng)的效率,建立了考慮任務完成和AGV小車運行時間的多目標的調(diào)度模型,并提出了云模型影響下的出入庫任務優(yōu)先級分配策略。在此基礎上,利用文化算法對問題進行了求解,討論了算法的規(guī)則設計。最后,仿真結(jié)果表明,該算法是可行的,可以獲得較好的效果,為AGV小車在倉庫物料運輸系統(tǒng)的應用提供了一種研究途徑。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the efficiency of warehouse material transportation system, a multi-objective scheduling model considering task completion and AGV vehicle running time was established, and a priority assignment strategy for incoming and outgoing tasks was proposed under the influence of cloud model. On this basis, the cultural algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the rule design of the algorithm is discussed. Finally, the simulation results show that the algorithm is feasible and can obtain good results. It provides a research approach for the application of AGV trolley in warehouse material transportation system.
