含張緊輪和單向離合器的輪-帶系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)態(tài)響應

【摘要】:研究含有單向離合器以及張緊輪的輪-帶傳動系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定穩(wěn)態(tài)周期響應。建立含有單向離合裝置的,由主、從動輪、張緊輪、張緊器以及多楔帶組成的三輪-帶動力學模型。該模型中,滑輪和附件軸間通過單向離合器傳遞扭矩?紤]帶的軸向彈性剛度以及各輪軸處阻尼的作用,建立三輪耦合、分段連續(xù)的控制方程。采用諧波平衡法分析輪-帶系統(tǒng)在簡諧激勵下的耦合非線性振動的穩(wěn)定穩(wěn)態(tài)響應。通過比較有無單向離合裝置的系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定穩(wěn)態(tài)幅頻響應曲線,研究單向離合裝置對輪-帶傳動系統(tǒng)非線性動態(tài)特性的影響。并運用Runge-Kutta方法直接數(shù)值求解系統(tǒng)的時間歷程,進而對比驗證基于諧波平衡法得到的穩(wěn)態(tài)響應分析結果。
[Abstract]:The steady periodic response of a pulley belt transmission system with a unidirectional clutch and a tensioning wheel is studied. A three-wheeled belt dynamic model consisting of main, slave pulley, tensioner and multi-wedge belt with unidirectional clutch is established. In this model, the torque between pulley and accessory shaft is transmitted through one-way clutch. Considering the axial elastic stiffness of the belt and the damping of each axle, the governing equations of three-wheeled coupling and piecewise continuous are established. The harmonic balance method is used to analyze the steady state response of coupled nonlinear vibration of wheel-belt system under simple harmonic excitation. The influence of unidirectional clutch on the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of wheel-belt transmission system is studied by comparing the steady state amplitude-frequency response curves of the system with or without unidirectional clutch device. The Runge-Kutta method is used to solve the time history of the system directly, and the steady-state response analysis results based on harmonic balance method are compared and verified.
