動(dòng)圈式磁感應(yīng)傳感器在軸承振動(dòng)測(cè)量中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:分析動(dòng)圈式磁感應(yīng)傳感器的工作原理,論述基于動(dòng)圈式磁感應(yīng)傳感器構(gòu)建速度型軸承振動(dòng)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的總體方案,根據(jù)該測(cè)試方案研制了動(dòng)圈式磁感應(yīng)傳感器并與同類產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行性能比對(duì),最終通過(guò)滾動(dòng)軸承實(shí)際振動(dòng)測(cè)量對(duì)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the working principle of the moving coil magnetic induction sensor, and discusses the overall scheme of the vibration measurement system of the speed bearing based on the moving coil magnetic induction sensor. According to the test scheme, the movable coil magnetic induction sensor is developed and compared with the similar products. Finally, the measuring system is verified by the actual vibration measurement of the rolling bearing.
