【摘要】：蓄能器是衰減往復(fù)泵出口流量脈動的常用設(shè)備。文章通過建立蓄能器和管路系統(tǒng)數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用共振衰減理論常用的分布參數(shù)法,通過傳遞矩陣分析其脈動衰減特性,得到往復(fù)泵頻率和系統(tǒng)管路各參數(shù)對其衰減效果的影響規(guī)律;并以此為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合所涉往復(fù)泵脈動頻率,確定試驗管路系統(tǒng)參數(shù);通過試驗驗證的方式,探討共振衰減理論是否適用于超低頻往復(fù)泵設(shè)備。
[Abstract]:Accumulator is a common equipment for attenuating flow pulsation at the outlet of reciprocating pump. In this paper, the mathematical models of accumulator and pipeline system are established, and the pulsation attenuation characteristics are analyzed by transfer matrix, which is commonly used in the theory of resonance attenuation. The influence of the frequency of reciprocating pump and the parameters of the system pipeline on the attenuation effect is obtained. Based on this, the parameters of the test pipeline system are determined by the pulsation frequency of the reciprocating pump. This paper discusses whether the theory of resonance attenuation is applicable to ultra-low frequency reciprocating pump equipment.
