非對(duì)稱結(jié)構(gòu)形式的不完全齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:Incomplete gears are usually designed by symmetrical distribution from the tooth profile of the drive wheel when stopping, and by reducing the height of the front and end teeth of the active gear at the same time. In order to avoid the coincidence degree less than 1, this method needs more total teeth of the main follower gear. In this paper, the design method of asymmetrical arrangement of the tooth form of the motor wheel when stopping position is put forward, the design calculation formula is derived, the distribution diagram of the coincidence between the first pair of teeth and the second pair of teeth, and the angular acceleration diagram of the position of the first pair of teeth and the second pair of teeth are drawn. It is shown by analysis that selecting the intersection point of the gnawing area of the top of two gear teeth with standard tooth height as the position point can ensure that the rigid impact in and out of the gear can be reduced and the secondary impact can be avoided completely by the mechanism. Because of the flexible position of the locking arc, the length of the locking arc is no longer limited by the number of teeth K of the first and last teeth driven by the first and last teeth, so that the total number of teeth of the main and slave driving wheels can be less, and the structure is more compact, and the top height of the final teeth of the active gear does not need to be reduced. Full gear can be used from the drive wheel.
