氣墊帶式輸送機氣膜厚度的研究

【摘要】:氣墊帶式輸送機氣膜厚度的大小,涉及到輸送裝置的承載彈性,風機的壓力和工作效率等。以氣膜的厚度需要保持在一定的合理范圍內為條件,保證輸送機的平穩(wěn)有效運行為目標。通過構建氣膜數學模型,運用縫隙流理論和實驗測試對氣墊帶式輸送機氣膜厚度進行分析與研究。得出了氣膜的峰型分布情況與分布規(guī)律,為氣墊輸送機的實際應用與改進優(yōu)化奠定了理論基礎。
[Abstract]:The thickness of gas film of air cushion belt conveyor is related to the bearing elasticity of conveying device, the pressure and working efficiency of fan, etc. The aim is to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the conveyer under the condition that the thickness of the gas film should be kept within a certain reasonable range. The film thickness of air cushion belt conveyor is analyzed and studied by using the crevice flow theory and experimental test. The peak distribution and distribution law of the gas film are obtained, which lays a theoretical foundation for the practical application and improvement and optimization of the air cushion conveyor.
