迷宮式密封方式對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)行為影響的研究
[Abstract]:The effect of sealing behavior on high speed rotating machinery is paid more and more attention. The dynamic characteristics of the rotor system can not be ignored because of the effect of the airflow excitation force on the rotor in the labyrinth seal. It is important to study the influence of labyrinth seal on the dynamic characteristics of rotor system for structural design and fault diagnosis of labyrinth seal rotor system. In this paper, the flow field of three labyrinth seals is numerically analyzed by using FLUENT software. The sealing characteristics and dynamic characteristic coefficients of the three labyrinth seals are studied, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is analyzed. The effect of rotor speed on leakage rate and dynamic characteristic coefficient of labyrinth seal. Taking the labyrinth seal on the three-stage rotor of the TRE100 centrifugal air compressor used in a thermal power plant as an example, the dynamic characteristic coefficients of the seal under different sealing clearance, different inlet and outlet pressure difference and different rotational speed are calculated. According to the dynamic characteristic coefficient of labyrinth seal, the dynamic model of labyrinth seal rotor system is established by finite element method and solved numerically by ANSYS software. Considering the influence of gyroscope effect, bearing support stiffness, seal axial position, seal clearance, seal inlet and outlet pressure difference, rotor speed for labyrinth seal rotor system modal mode, critical speed are studied. The effect of steady state unbalanced response. The research results have certain reference value for the selection of labyrinth seal structure and the determination of parameters.
