廣義形態(tài)學(xué)閉開差值運算在滾動軸承弱故障診斷中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:采用局部極值步長法和峭度準則,實現(xiàn)了形態(tài)學(xué)運算結(jié)構(gòu)元素的自適應(yīng)選擇。改良了基于廣義形態(tài)學(xué)閉開差值運算的相關(guān)算法,改善了獲取軸承弱故障特征的效果。仿真信號及實測故障振動信號的分析表明,所提出診斷方法的診斷效果優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的廣義形態(tài)學(xué)分析方法,該診斷方法能夠較準確地提取滾動軸承微弱故障特征。
[Abstract]:The local extremum step size method and kurtosis criterion are used to realize the adaptive selection of structural elements in morphological operations. The algorithm based on the closed difference operation of generalized morphology is improved, and the effect of obtaining the weak fault feature of bearing is improved. The analysis of the simulated signal and the measured fault vibration signal shows that the diagnostic effect of the proposed method is better than that of the traditional generalized morphological analysis method, which can accurately extract the weak fault characteristics of rolling bearing.
