單個微油滴彈流潤滑行為的試驗研究

【摘要】:利用光干涉技術(shù)研究了微油滴通過彈流潤滑接觸區(qū)的潤滑行為,考察了油滴大小、卷吸速度和載荷等因素的影響.結(jié)果表明微油滴在入口區(qū)域因擠壓或毛細(xì)力效應(yīng)發(fā)生表面積擴(kuò)展,從而影響潤滑膜的形成.油滴越大,擠壓擴(kuò)展直徑越大,形成的膜厚越大.卷吸速度越高,入口處微油滴表面積擴(kuò)展越不充分,僅接觸區(qū)局部形成油膜,微油滴在接觸表面擠壓出凹坑穿過接觸區(qū).
[Abstract]:The lubrication behavior of micro-oil droplets passing through the contact zone of elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) was studied by means of optical interferometry. The effects of oil droplet size, entrainment velocity and load on the lubrication behavior were investigated. The thicker the film is, the higher the entrainment velocity is, the more insufficient the expansion of the surface area of the micro-oil droplets at the entrance is. Only the oil film is formed locally in the contact area, and the micro-oil droplets are squeezed out of the contact surface and pass through the contact area.
