【摘要】：為提高功能型液壓換向閥模型仿真的精度,提出基于液控?fù)Q向閥的先導(dǎo)模型建模與標(biāo)定方法,闡述先導(dǎo)模型的具體建模步驟。通過靜態(tài)分析方法,得出影響先導(dǎo)模型的關(guān)鍵參數(shù),并利用AMESim進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)仿真分析。仿真結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的對(duì)比顯示,利用該方法建立的先導(dǎo)模型作為換向閥的控制輸入具有很高的仿真精度。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the accuracy of the simulation of the functional hydraulic reversing valve, the modeling and calibration method of the pilot model based on the hydraulic control directional valve is proposed, and the concrete modeling steps of the pilot model are described. The key parameters affecting the pilot model are obtained by the static analysis method, and the dynamic simulation analysis is carried out by using AMESim. The comparison between the simulation results and the experimental results shows that the pilot model established by this method has high simulation accuracy as the control input of the reversing valve.
