RV減速器曲柄軸受力分析及其傳動(dòng)精度影響研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)力平衡和力矩平衡原理,建立了與擺線輪自轉(zhuǎn)角度、曲柄軸自轉(zhuǎn)角度相關(guān)的曲柄軸受力分析方法。使用ADAMS軟件,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,提取曲柄軸受力數(shù)據(jù),與理論分析數(shù)據(jù)相比,驗(yàn)證了曲柄軸受力分析方法的合理性。分析了在上述受力下RV減速器傳動(dòng)的彈性精度誤差,以及曲柄軸偏心距誤差對(duì)上述傳動(dòng)誤差的影響,由此可知,曲柄軸偏心距向負(fù)偏差變化時(shí),各齒嚙合力和曲柄軸受力增加,但RV減速器傳動(dòng)彈性精度得到了提高。
[Abstract]:According to the principle of force balance and moment balance, a method of force analysis of crankshaft is established, which is related to the rotation angle of cycloid wheel and the rotation angle of crankshaft. The system motion simulation is carried out by using ADAMS software, and the data of crank shaft force are extracted. Compared with the theoretical analysis data, the rationality of the method of crank shaft force analysis is verified. The elastic precision error of RV reducer transmission under the above forces and the influence of the crankshaft eccentricity error on the above transmission error are analyzed. It can be seen that when the crankshaft eccentricity changes in negative deviation, the meshing force and the crankshaft force of each tooth increase. But the elastic accuracy of RV reducer is improved.
