【摘要】：現(xiàn)代企業(yè),無論哪行哪業(yè)競爭都是異常激烈。技術(shù)財力是衡量一個公司的重要指標,但不是唯一指標,時間也是。能夠合理掌控生產(chǎn)時間,對于企業(yè)來說是節(jié)省資金、提高生產(chǎn)效率最有效的途徑。學(xué)界將企業(yè)對生產(chǎn)時間和流程的掌握稱之為項目進度管理。一個能合理安排項目進度,確保項目在規(guī)定時間,甚至提前于規(guī)定時間完成,都能大大提高企業(yè)的競爭力。項目進度管理涉及到各種方法,例如甘特圖、關(guān)鍵路徑法等。本文以章丘豐源機械有限公司為例,該公司主要生產(chǎn)風(fēng)機和空氣壓縮機。筆者針對其生產(chǎn)的非標壓縮機項目,著手研究其項目進度管理的問題。對非標壓縮機項目進度管理中存在的問題和產(chǎn)生問題的原因進行分析,然后根據(jù)項目進度管理相關(guān)理論,為企業(yè)設(shè)計項目進度管理的方法,將其應(yīng)用于章丘豐源機械有限公司PS非標壓縮機項目進度管理中,并提出新進度管理方法和工具的實施保障措施。從而提升公司非標壓縮化項目設(shè)計進度完成度和準時率,降低關(guān)鍵鏈上的設(shè)計工作發(fā)生延遲的現(xiàn)象。該論文的研究具有重要的實踐價值和意義。
[Abstract]:Modern enterprises, no matter which industry competition is extremely fierce. Technical finance is an important measure of a company, but not the only indicator, time is also. To be able to control production time reasonably is the most effective way for enterprises to save money and improve production efficiency. The academic circles will enterprise to the production time and the process master called the project schedule management. One can arrange the progress of the project reasonably and ensure that the project can be completed in the prescribed time or even ahead of the prescribed time, which can greatly improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. Project schedule management involves a variety of methods, such as Gantt Chart, critical path method, etc. In this paper, Zhangqiu Fengyuan Machinery Co., Ltd. as an example, the company mainly produces fans and air compressors. Aiming at the non-standard compressor project, the author studies the project schedule management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the project schedule management of non-standard compressors and the causes of the problems, and then designs the method of project schedule management for the enterprise according to the relevant theory of project schedule management. It is applied to the schedule management of PS non-standard compressor project in Zhangqifeng Yuanyuan Machinery Co., Ltd., and the new schedule management methods and tools are put forward. In order to improve the non-standard compression project design progress and punctuality, reduce the design work on the key chain delay phenomenon. The research of this paper has important practical value and significance.
