用壓力法測量閥門的泄漏率

【摘要】:為解決閥門泄漏率在線測量不方便的問題,提出用壓力法來測量閥門的泄漏率。壓力法通過將需要測量的閥門隔離出來,然后對這個封閉系統(tǒng)施加一定的壓力,接著用一段時間內(nèi)封閉系統(tǒng)的壓降來計算閥門的泄漏率。理論分析和實際運用表明,壓力法可以在工藝系統(tǒng)不用增加額外的設(shè)備,閥門也不需要從系統(tǒng)中拆下來的情況下,精確地測量出閥門的泄漏率。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of the inconvenient on-line measurement of valve leakage rate, the pressure method is proposed to measure the valve leakage rate. The pressure method separates the valve that needs to be measured, then exerts a certain pressure on the closed system, and then calculates the leakage rate of the valve by using the pressure drop of the closed system for a period of time. Theoretical analysis and practical application show that the pressure method can accurately measure the leakage rate of the valve without adding additional equipment and removing the valve from the system.
