帶式輸送機(jī)三維柔性設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:帶式輸送機(jī)是一種廣泛應(yīng)用于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)各部門的連續(xù)輸送機(jī)械,與其他輸送設(shè)備相比具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、輸送量大、運(yùn)輸距離長(zhǎng)、運(yùn)輸線路靈活等特點(diǎn)。之所以要對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)進(jìn)行柔性設(shè)計(jì)是因?yàn)槠渚路布置具有很強(qiáng)的適應(yīng)性,運(yùn)輸距離的增加和實(shí)際地形條件的多變性,使得輸送線路的布置形態(tài)更加靈活多樣,而且,線路布置的可行性、合理性將直接影響設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果的質(zhì)量,而輸送機(jī)整機(jī)的側(cè)型布置能夠完整直觀地反映出線路的布置形態(tài),因此,研究設(shè)計(jì)輸送機(jī)側(cè)型布置的工作勢(shì)在必行。帶式輸送機(jī)三維柔性設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的研究工作分為三部分:輸送機(jī)典型側(cè)型布置方案設(shè)計(jì)、主要零部件及結(jié)構(gòu)件參數(shù)化建模和整機(jī)自動(dòng)裝配、系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建立。首先,分別從輸送機(jī)幾何尺寸、拉緊裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)及位置、傳動(dòng)滾筒的數(shù)目和布置形式三方面對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)側(cè)型布置進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì)。然后,利用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理技術(shù),在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)Access 2007中構(gòu)建DTⅡ(A)型帶式輸送機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)件和零部件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型譜數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)及帶式輸送機(jī)側(cè)型線路參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。接著,利用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)思想和參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)方法,分別對(duì)輸送機(jī)各種典型側(cè)型的輸送帶和其他主要零部件進(jìn)行參數(shù)化三維建模,以Visual Basic 6.0為開發(fā)平臺(tái),使用SolidWorks API二次開發(fā)技術(shù)并結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)訪問(wèn)技術(shù)(ADO),實(shí)現(xiàn)了零部件的系列化設(shè)計(jì)和整機(jī)自底向上的自動(dòng)裝配。將帶式輸送機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)選型相關(guān)系統(tǒng)中的零部件選型結(jié)果存入本系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中,通過(guò)在本系統(tǒng)VB界面進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單地選擇,就能夠迅速準(zhǔn)確地實(shí)現(xiàn)帶式輸送機(jī)三維柔性設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)。本系統(tǒng)減少了設(shè)計(jì)人員在設(shè)計(jì)建模方面的工作量,提高了設(shè)計(jì)效率。
[Abstract]:Belt conveyor is a kind of continuous conveying machine which is widely used in various departments of national economy. Compared with other conveying equipment, belt conveyor has the characteristics of simple structure, large conveyer, long transportation distance and flexible transportation route. The reason why the flexible design of belt conveyor is due to the strong adaptability of its line layout, the increase of transportation distance and the variability of actual terrain conditions make the layout of transmission lines more flexible and diverse. The feasibility and rationality of the line layout will directly affect the quality of the design results, and the side layout of the conveyor can reflect the layout form of the line completely and intuitively. Therefore, it is imperative to study and design the side layout of the conveyor. The research work of the belt conveyor 3D flexible design system is divided into three parts: the typical side layout scheme design of the conveyor, the parameterized modeling of the main parts and structural parts, the automatic assembly of the whole machine, and the establishment of the system database.
