一種新型混聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計與位置分析

【摘要】:結(jié)合并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)與串聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)勢,設(shè)計了一種新型混聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu),該機(jī)構(gòu)由3-UPU并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)和2自由度旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)串聯(lián)而成。對該機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了自由度分析。分步分析其位置正解,先運(yùn)用封閉解法對3-UPU并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)分析,得到3-UPU并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的位置正解;然后采用坐標(biāo)變換分析在2自由度旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)作用下,3-UPU并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)位置正解的變化,最終得出了該混聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的位置正解。
[Abstract]:Based on the advantages of parallel mechanism and series mechanism, a new type of hybrid mechanism is designed, which consists of 3-UPU parallel mechanism and two degree of freedom rotating mechanism in series. The degree of freedom of the mechanism is analyzed. In this paper, the position forward solution of 3-UPU parallel mechanism is analyzed step by step, and the position forward solution of 3-UPU parallel mechanism is obtained by using closed solution, and then the change of position forward solution of 3-UPU parallel mechanism under the action of 2-DOF rotating mechanism is analyzed by coordinate transformation. Finally, the positive solution of the position of the hybrid mechanism is obtained.
