參數(shù)耦合對單自由度直齒圓柱齒輪系統(tǒng)動態(tài)特性影響分析

【摘要】:以單自由度直齒圓柱齒輪系統(tǒng)為研究對象,數(shù)值計算系統(tǒng)在參數(shù)平面上的最大幅值波動云圖、幅值疊加圖和時間位移映像圖,分析系統(tǒng)參數(shù)的耦合關系及其對系統(tǒng)動態(tài)特性的影響;借助系統(tǒng)的單初值分岔圖和最大Lyapunov指數(shù)圖、多初值分岔圖、吸引域圖,分析阻尼、時變剛度、綜合傳遞誤差、扭矩、嚙合頻率和齒側間隙等參數(shù)對系統(tǒng)動力學特性的影響規(guī)律。研究結果表明:時變剛度與綜合誤差具有強非線性耦合關系;誤差波動和剛度波動耦合作用明顯,對齒輪扭轉振幅影響較大;合理的齒側間隙能夠抑制或減小系統(tǒng)的振動;系統(tǒng)的每個參數(shù)都會引起系統(tǒng)發(fā)生分岔,出現(xiàn)吸引子共存,部分參數(shù)條件下吸引域存在分形特征。研究結果對齒輪系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)選擇有一定的理論指導意義。
[Abstract]:Taking the single degree of freedom spur gear system as the research object, the maximum amplitude fluctuation cloud image, amplitude superposition map and time displacement map of the numerical calculation system on the parameter plane are studied. The coupling relation of the system parameters and its influence on the dynamic characteristics of the system are analyzed, with the aid of the single initial bifurcation diagram of the system and the maximum Lyapunov exponent diagram, the multiple initial value bifurcation diagram, the attraction domain diagram, the analysis of damping, the time-varying stiffness, the comprehensive transfer error, the torque, The influence of meshing frequency and tooth clearance on the dynamic characteristics of the system. The results show that there is a strong nonlinear coupling relationship between the time-varying stiffness and the comprehensive error, the coupling of error fluctuation and stiffness fluctuation is obvious, the influence of gear torsional amplitude is great, the reasonable tooth side clearance can restrain or reduce the vibration of the system. Each parameter of the system will cause the bifurcation of the system, and the attractor coexists. There are fractal characteristics in the region of attraction under some parameters. The results of the study have a certain theoretical significance for the selection of gear system parameters.
