外彎矩下法蘭連接的完整性研究
[Abstract]:Metal to metal contact type (MMC type) and floating type (FLT type) bolt flange connection are widely used in nuclear power and petrochemical industry as two typical joint forms. Bolt flange connection is complicated by force, especially when it is subjected to additional load, it is more likely to cause leakage. At present, the design methods of bolted flange joints under external load are mostly equivalent pressure method or equivalent axial force method, but these two methods are too conservative. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the structural strength and tightness of bolt flange joints under external load. In order to understand the effect of external load on stress distribution and tightness of bolted flange joints, the compression springback and leakage rate of gasket were tested at room temperature by the combination of finite element and experiment. The mechanical properties of MMC and FLT joints under external bending moment were built and tested. The finite element analysis results are verified by the experimental results, and the strength and sealing properties of the two types of joints under external bending moment are quantitatively evaluated. Finally, considering the lack of MMC graphite gasket dimensions in the current standard, the mechanical and sealing properties of three flanges with different sizes of MMC graphite gaskets are analyzed under the external bending moment. The influence of the size change of graphite seal ring on the resistance of flange joints to external bending moment is clarified. The research in this paper has certain guiding significance for the design of flange joints which need to consider the external bending moment. At the same time, the strength and sealing ability of flange connections with different sizes of MMC graphite gaskets under external load have a certain guiding significance for the gasket manufacturers to determine the size of MMC gaskets.
