【摘要】：為有效挖掘?qū)＠胸S富的設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)輔助機(jī)電產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)了基于創(chuàng)新性評(píng)估的機(jī)電產(chǎn)品專(zhuān)利知識(shí)挖掘系統(tǒng)框架,探討了機(jī)電產(chǎn)品專(zhuān)利設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)的表達(dá)方法、創(chuàng)新性評(píng)估、及專(zhuān)利知識(shí)提取等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)策略。通過(guò)分析專(zhuān)利設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)的特點(diǎn),以專(zhuān)利文獻(xiàn)中的動(dòng)名詞短語(yǔ)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新層次特征抽取,并利用余弦相似度原理,設(shè)計(jì)了基于向量空間的專(zhuān)利設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)創(chuàng)新性評(píng)估算法,結(jié)合機(jī)電產(chǎn)品專(zhuān)利功能知識(shí)提取方法,針對(duì)性地獲取創(chuàng)新性強(qiáng)的專(zhuān)利設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)。研發(fā)了機(jī)電產(chǎn)品專(zhuān)利知識(shí)挖掘原型系統(tǒng),并通過(guò)油辣椒攪拌器創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證了方案的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively excavate the rich design knowledge in patent to assist the innovation design of electromechanical product, this paper designs the framework of patent knowledge mining system of electromechanical product based on innovative evaluation, and discusses the expression method and innovative evaluation of patent design knowledge of electromechanical product. And patent knowledge extraction and other key technology implementation strategy. By analyzing the characteristics of patent design knowledge, using gerund phrases in patent literature to extract innovative hierarchical features, and using the principle of cosine similarity, an innovative evaluation algorithm of patent design knowledge based on vector space is designed. Combining with the method of extracting functional knowledge of patent of mechanical and electrical products, the innovative knowledge of patent design is obtained. The prototype system of patent knowledge mining for mechanical and electrical products is developed, and the practicability of the scheme is verified by the innovative design of oil pepper agitator.
