大型結(jié)構(gòu)地面模態(tài)試驗(yàn)測點(diǎn)選擇與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為了解決一般傳統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化算法對于大型結(jié)構(gòu)測點(diǎn)的優(yōu)化配置的失效問題,針對傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)化算法的缺點(diǎn),對大型結(jié)構(gòu)的模型縮聚技術(shù)做了進(jìn)一步的改進(jìn)和完善。引入了一個(gè)反映高階模態(tài)貢獻(xiàn)比例的權(quán)重系數(shù),由此提出了一種基于有效獨(dú)立法的混合優(yōu)化算法:基于有效獨(dú)立法的加權(quán)平均模態(tài)應(yīng)變能系數(shù)法。經(jīng)火箭仿真實(shí)例對上述方法及Guyan縮聚基于模態(tài)應(yīng)變能系數(shù)有效獨(dú)立法、改進(jìn)后Guyan縮聚基于模態(tài)應(yīng)變能系數(shù)有效獨(dú)立法得到的測點(diǎn)配置效果進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明:提出的測點(diǎn)優(yōu)化算法有效地防止了測點(diǎn)分布聚集現(xiàn)象,而且都最大可能保證了所有模態(tài)應(yīng)變能的貢獻(xiàn)和較優(yōu)布置測點(diǎn)具有較大能量的要求,并用實(shí)際的GARTEUR飛機(jī)模型對該方法進(jìn)行了模態(tài)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該算法保證了監(jiān)測模態(tài)的完整性和線性無關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of failure of the traditional optimization algorithms for the optimal configuration of large structures, the model condensation technology of large structures is further improved and perfected in view of the shortcomings of the traditional optimization algorithms. This paper introduces a weighted coefficient which reflects the proportion of higher-order modal contribution, and presents a hybrid optimization algorithm based on effective independence method: the weighted average modal strain energy coefficient method based on effective independence method. The results of the above methods and the effective independent method based on the modal strain energy coefficient for Guyan Polycondensation are compared with those obtained by the effective independent method based on the effective Modal strain Energy coefficient of the improved Guyan Polycondensation. The results show that the proposed optimization algorithm can effectively prevent the distribution and aggregation of the measured points, and the contribution of all modal strain energy and the requirement of larger energy for the optimal layout of the measuring points can be guaranteed to the maximum extent. The modal test of this method is carried out with the actual GarTEUR aircraft model. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm ensures the integrity and linearity independence of the monitoring modes.
