滾動(dòng)軸承性能的雙極模糊理論分析方法

【摘要】:針對目前滾動(dòng)軸承性能分析評價(jià)研究一般僅局限于某一方面,不能全面反應(yīng)設(shè)備系統(tǒng)性能問題,利用雙極模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論,探討了從技術(shù)性、功能設(shè)置、可靠性、維護(hù)性以及經(jīng)濟(jì)性五個(gè)方面來綜合評判滾動(dòng)軸承系統(tǒng)性能的方法和過程.分析過程給出的為雙極模糊綜合評判,具體分析時(shí)權(quán)重系數(shù)及模糊評判矩陣的確定應(yīng)綜合各方面意見.實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,將雙極模糊理論評判用于滾動(dòng)軸承的性能分析及評價(jià)是可行的,同時(shí)根據(jù)分析評判結(jié)果,比傳統(tǒng)單極特征的評判結(jié)果精確且效率較高,可為制定提高滾動(dòng)軸承性能的技術(shù)措施提供依據(jù).
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the research on the performance analysis and evaluation of rolling bearings is generally limited to one aspect and can not fully respond to the system performance of equipment, this paper discusses the technical, functional setting and reliability of rolling bearings by using the theory of bipolar fuzzy mathematics. The method and process of synthetically evaluating the performance of rolling bearing system from five aspects of maintainability and economy. The bipolar fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is given in the process of analysis. The determination of weight coefficient and fuzzy judgment matrix should synthesize the opinions of all aspects. The practical application shows that it is feasible to apply the bipolar fuzzy theory evaluation to the performance analysis and evaluation of rolling bearings. According to the analysis and evaluation results, it is more accurate and more efficient than that of traditional unipolar characteristics. It can provide the basis for making technical measures to improve the performance of rolling bearings.
